I offer telehealth psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship challenges. My therapeutic approach is evidence-based and draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). After our initial appointment we will develop a collaborative treatment plan. A typical treatment course is between 5-20 sessions and the frequency of sessions is usually weekly or biweekly. I only offer telehealth or video sessions at this time.
